MTS delhi – Connection not activated from 2 months

Purchased MTS Ultra Wifi modem on 6-sep-2015 through online. Seller is Sehegal Associates, New Delhi. We applied for MTS Post paid Wifi connection and were asked to submit all the docs. Submitted all the required documents to Mr.Brijesh. He came for verification and said that the connection will be given in a week. Later when we contacted him he left MTS. After few months I reapplied for connection.We again gave all the documents to Mr. Prasanth and still didnt receive any connection. Now when we contacted customer care, Ms Shivani Singh who is the Team leader there said that this will be resolved in 24 hrs..its been 2 weeks but no solution. We leave in govt hostel,when given therent receipt they are saying that its invalid. Few days back when we called them they are again asking all the original certificates. How can we give our original certificates. No office/company ever asks for submitting original copies. We only submit Photocopies.

When we said the same they are saying that connection will not be given if original docs are not submitted.
