Snapdeal delivering defective product

I bought “Ganesham Samsung Galaxy Grand Max Ganesham Premium Fancy Diary Case Flip Cover” Order ID: 7358186997.
They delivered the defective product. I have registered a complain(number:05111490).
they ensured me that they will take action and will refund/return the product but after many follow up they are not taking any action on this complaint.
Snapdeal intensely delivering defective product and not talking any action. I did not get a single call regarding this complaint.
I am very disappointed with unprofessional behaviour of Snapdeal. Please help with to register complaint in consumer court. My number is 7838899343
