I am airtel broadband customer since 2 years my airtel fixedline no. is 05224078429.
I had requested for disconnection due to their very high billing issue and technical issues problems. After that i got called from their back end team on 25th July ,2015.
The lady gave me the commitment of giving waiver of 700rs on next bill cycle and new plan of 649 Rs in which i was supposed to get 12GB data(2Mbps) after that 512 kbps speed. Also Rs 100 discount on every bill cycle lifetime. She gave me refrence no. 57882626.
But none of the commitment got fullfilled instead i am pissed of calling customer care executive , they are worst customer support executives , dont know how to talk to customers , very informal behaviour and irresponsible behaviour by airtel , they always keep my call on hold for too much time and then also do not resolve my issue instead talking very rudely and using cheap language. Worst customer support i have ever seen i aam totally shocked how they beahve with their old customer. I have also sent them mail to [email protected] and airtelpresence but no response from there .
Now i am totally tired calling 121 which is useless and timewasting and tired of complaining. Airtel very bad services and worst customer support and thier executives and supervisors are even worst. I will recommend everyone dont go for airtel,they only rob their customers and harass.
Now i will choose another broadband service airtel good byee
