Item: Samsung 32eh4003 Inches HD ready LED television
I have purchased a Samsung 32EH4003 32 Inches HD Ready LED Television from Snap deal on 30th October , 2014. I received a faulty television on 3rd November , 2014.I have called Samsung same day for fitting LED.
Samsung person came next day 4th November for fitting LED and tried to ON LED but not able to ON it. I have informed the customer care about the faulty television that I have received on 3rd November and customer care executive told me that first call Samsung technician and prepare JOB card. If they will say that it is faulty then send us JOB card and will replace it soon. I have contacted Samsung again 4th November and they have provided me job card with their comments that television is faulty and need to be replace. I have submitted all the document to Snapdeal on 4th November through email ID “[email protected]”.
After a number of follow-ups and infinite number of phone calls/email and numerous complaints, finally customer care executive told me that your reverse pick has been arranged and our courier partner will pick your product within 48 hours.I have told to him that same word, I want to hear from your supervisor. So, please transfer this call to your supervisor. Supervisor told me reverse thing that your reverse pick has not been arranged so far and will be arrange within 48 Hours and sorry for that. Again, no response from them on reverse pick. In this entire phase only I was contacting to them. They never called me for faulty reverse back.
Finally, I got a call from CEO escalation team on 13th November and they said that they will arrange for a reverse pick-up within 48 hours. I got SMS from courier company on 14th November 2014 that they will coming my home for reverse pickup by today but no one has come.I had called them 4-5 times from Nanital (As I was on business trip)
15th November 2014 Morning, I got a SMS from Snapdeal that your reverse pickup attempt was unsuccessful .I called again courier company and they told me that they will do reverse pickup on 15th November 2014 but no one has picked it.
17th November 2014 Morning ,again I got a SMS from courier company that they will do reverse pickup by today but again no one has picked it. Also, I had sent one email to Snapdeal about courier company behavior but as usual no response from Snapdeal.
18th November 2014 Morning, I got again SMS from courier company but no response again. I called/SMS to courier company several time but no response.
I have packed the item and included the invoice copy in the package and also pasted the return address which they have provided me through email. I would like to add one thing here that in the email whatever address they have provided me that address(State name) was wrong. As, I am in nearby of this state I know the place so I have corrected this himself.
The snap deal customer care and CEO escalation team only do apologize and say customer that wait for 24-48 hours and they will not pass on your phone call to their supervisor.
Snapdeal TOP Management and executive are irresponsible also executive is not ethical as lie with their customers.
