Snapdeal.com – Unsuccessful transaction – Amount Holds By Snap Deal-No Refund

I have placed the orders and my is Order ID: 4679617442 Order Placed on: 2015-01-28 15:20:21 on snapdeal.com Amount has debited for this unsuccessful transaction. Many times I complaint regarding this matter on 9212692126 and many times dropped mails on [email protected] but there is no action was taken by snapdeal. It has 30 days but my amount not refunded. This is a bitter experience from Snapdeal.I suffered by choosing worst online place snapdeal and hopeless customer support.
