I had ordered an Philip’s headset and there was an offer with it that i will get 2 months subscription after 10 days of delivery, but its now almost a month & i had been complaining since 2nd April but no response to my mails and customer care executives are just fooling & giving me fake assurance, i am now fed up with this,pls help me & i want refund.they are just saying we need time & working on your complain,but srry enough time had been given to you,i wanted to return the product though your policy of return is 7 days,& they are not returning the item,plz helo
