I got a msg for activation of Silk Pack frm vodafone and they charged 100rs for.it. Even though i made no such request for activation of this pack. Without my comsent they charged me for a pack which does not even exist on their website. They are not responding on the customer care no. On complaining on their facebook page they deleted my post and just sent a text saying they will look into matter. Its been two days but neither they are calling nor they are refunding my money.
