Name of company/service: RELIANCE

SIR I HAVE PURCHASED SMS PACK ON 05 MARCH WORTH RS 91, AND I HAVE RECEIVED 1500 MSGS FOR 1 MONTH VALIDITY AS PAR PLAN. BUT ON 16-03-2013 I HAVE USED ONLY 200-300 MSGS ONLY AND MY ALL MSGS LAPSED WITHOUT ANY REASON. COUTOMER CARE ARE NOT RESPONDING ABOUT MY COMPLAINT. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW. PLZ. RETURN MY REMAIMING MSGS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. MY MOBILE NO. IS 9009679467 AND MY SERVICE PROVIDER IS RELIACE GSM.
