I’m writing this to you as am not satisfied with the service from Airtel payment/Collection team.
The issue is that we (intellinet Tech India Pvt Ltd) has made a payment for PRI connection(080-41952300) on monthly basis via cheque and it was hand collected by Airtel collection team.
But even after in next month we are receiving the outstanding amt of all the bills which was collected by Airtel team.
After continuous follow up and requests,they promised near ten times that this will be resolve and send us the updated bill ASAP.
I don’t now who is the next level escalate this issue. I have also raised this to the Nodal Officer and Account manager of Airtel team but no response from them too.
I hope to get a reply soon on this.
