Dear Team,
Have purchased Samsung J2 smart phone on 18th Oct 15 and from day one iam facing issue with network and tried contact Samsung escalation and service center team but they have not resolved and taken up the issue and they themselves confirm that there is and issue with J2 model and they are not ready to replace the mobile and asking me to get the mobile software updated and after 10 day another issue started charging issue and contact them several times but they are least bothered about the customer concern and so on multiple issue started now my mobile is automatically getting switched off and unable to switch on again and I need to remove battery and re insert to get it on…….
they are keeping mental torcher but still are not in solving the issue.
Requesting you to get the mobile replaced and penalise them accordingly.
