delivered a fake mi power bank which is also not working not charging not starting plzz refund money

I hav orderd frm dealwow …a mi10400 mah power bank of rs399 and its case was damaged and when i opened it to charge it..its not working /not starting not charging nd its a fake product…..Order ID: 51433000039056 i want my money back my phone no is 8889429947 plzz refund my money or other wise i wil be complain in district forum court
