SLOW SPEED

Dear sir,
I have mts data card no. 8459246324 and recharge it 798 on 31 may 2012. But data card speed is very slow .
I complaint mts nodel office delhi through mail and mobile. Every time they told your problem will be solved 24 hours but no response about it in 6 days.
