I have paid in advance the for 3 pcs of Aakash Tablet in the month of Mar 2012, I was said the delivery will be done in April. Later after checking the delivery status, received mail on 01 May- the date is postponed to 15th-31th May. 06 Jun -Again postponed to June mid. 13th June they say June end is the delivery.
Everytime I call/mail they only say its postponed to next 15-20days.
After I mail to [email protected] I receive response only after 10-15days
Calling 1800-180-2-180 most of the time the number is not connected / not answered. By chance if answered I have been only said its postponed & the call is disconnected not even waiting for our reply. They dont even check the order no. Blindly postponed to 15days is been said.
I request kindly take severe action for cheating customers, I am sure many others are also facing the same issue from DATAWIND
