I had purchased Skoda Fabia Diesel ,on5.07.2012 But it’s creating the problem While diving ,Gear problem as well as clutch issue ,I had compliment to the showroom (Mahavir Auto)

They have not responded well As well ,I asked to replace the car they said it’s working fine .

I need Help from the consumer court side.
