signal removed with out notice

Location/place: Sircilla, karim nagar

Name of company/service: Aircel

Hi,
Aircel Network company removed signal in our area with out giving any notice and when i am called to customer care they said the signal is removed for your location. Now i am lossing my balance and net package and more over i missed so many calls.
So please take a action on this and help me
