Dear Sir,
I have placed an order for a Roto Moulding Machine,on 11th. Dec.2011. My order No is 30000017013, dated 11-12-2011.
This order was booked under the Specification with proposal with full payment of Rs.12,05,000/- and he delivers me a very cheap material and the machine not work properly.now please beware of shreemomai rotocast pvt. ltd.
In spite of numerous follow ups by phone & e-mail, and even after registering complaints at their website, there is no feed back or status report about my order, from their side, till today.
I feel that I am cheated by the staffs responsible for it in their organization.
I request you to kindly replace machine or return my money.
I also, request you to kindly direct them to not to publish such misleading advertisements in their news paper, so that many unsuspecting readers will be protected.
