Poor after service and the quality of the machine is low

Quality of the metal and the plastic is not good Some part is made in china. Pulveriser machine broke within a year and i have used it only four a month and they colleced 40,000rs has AMC(Annual Maintanence charge) and they took the machine from my Company and they have not returned it for more than 2weeks. When I contacted their Director they were really rude and they will only tell lies and nothing else
