Respected Sir,
My name is sandip yadaw. I lived at Hooghly in Kolkata. I have bought a bike Bajaj wind 125
from Varun Auto Center at Kankinara pin code 743126 in 24 pgs in 2005.But they did not provided me RC and smart card till now.
I have paid all installment of show room and the bank, which finance the bike, and have the NOC certificate of the bank. The name of the finance company is GE money and my LAN no. is RCAR 91085.the loan is close. So they provided me the NOC certificate.
The bike registration has been done because the bank have given me bike registration no. the registration no is WB 24 H 3243.
But the show room is not giving me the smart card and RC certificate. It have been cheated me.
last one year show room tells me that it will give and giving only date and date.
Please help me.
