Name of company/service: Naaptol
I order a product with the order no. 3947038. but it was never received. After lodging so many complaint at Naaptol customer care they said:
Firsty, that they had sent the product with a courier service and now Naaptol is no more responsible for tracing courier or my order. Means totally denied.
Secondly, these all process took almost two months.
Thirdly, they said to reorder the product but with higher increased price of around INR500 which is 25% increase.
Fourthly, when reorder(#4183901) of the product was made with hiked price, they sent the incomplete order with major part missing…
This does not ends here, I informed them about the incomplete product then only within half an hour.
Initially, they provided me two options one was to take Cash back and return the product, another was to return whatever was received by me so that they can resend the complete order once again.
I choose the first option, and they accepted. But after few hours they called me on my cell phone and said that they will not return the money.
They completely denied and said several things to do as if i am totally free for these thing. a product took 3 months and INR 2500 for nothing useful.
NAAPTOL- Shame on your Company.
