Respected sir,
I have made a payment of Rs 817/- using credit card for order no 9010903 (part of order number 9010899) towards purchase of a few products from shopclues.com, Clues Network Pvt. Ltd. Building No. 112, Sector – 44, Gurgaon, 122 001, Haryana, India phone : (0124) 441 4888 on 01.12.2013.
This order was cancelled by shopclues.com after 2 weeks for the best reason known to them. A refund of Rs 757/ – only has been processed to my credit card. This is Rs 60/- short of the payment made by me.
On demanding the dues, Shopclues.com has responded that the balance amount got adjusted with the other products supplied (my complaint and shopclues response forwarded herewith).
My repeated mails and telephone calls demanding justice has not been responded.
This is clearly unethical business practice. Shopclues.com have manipulated the part of the amount paid for one order to enhance the profits of other order.
I have suffered a great deal of mental agony and financial losses following up with shopclues.com for the rightful balance. I have also lost a lot of resources of time, money and energy.
I request your intervention to resolve this issue and help me get my dues
