I had submitted an application for purchase of mobile phone on EMI on the online portal- LETSBUYMOBILE.COM on 30/11/2013, as soon as i submitted the application I had been charged a processing fees of Rs.999/- and my application ID is “LBM34547827” and i was told that if application is rejected then this processing fees of Rs.999/- will be refunded within 10 days. On 9/12/2013 I got an alert that my application was rejected, this did not bothered me. They should have refunded processing fees as said within 10-15 days. I send mail two times to LETSBUYMOBILE.COM but they are not replying anything about refunding the the processing fees of Rs.999/- this is botering me a lot. I want to file a complaint against this portal-LETSBUYMOBILE.COM.
