On 22nd May’12 I went to ICIC Bank ATM for cash withdrawal through my HSBC ATM Card at Sector-14 Gurgaon. I entered the amount for Rs.4000/-but the ATM dispensed only Rs.1000/-. Then I immediately went to ICICI Bank branch and asked for solution. But bank representative told me that balance amount will be credited in my account within three working days. I also lodged the query with HSBC customer Care on 22.05.2012. On 29th May’12 I received the call from Customer Care of HSBC bank and they told me that ICICI bank refused the request saying that full amount i.e. Rs.4000/- was dispensed during the transaction and customer is liable now. After that I had filled the Dispute form through my HSBC bank and they have charged fees for Rs.225/- for the same. After 20 days HSBC bank again called me and told that ICICI bank have valid login and full amount was dispensed during the transation. But I have not received balance Rs.3000/- till date.
