Order Cancellation

Dear All,

I want to state that I placed an Order (10273596) for ” Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V ” mobile phone on 18th June 2012 on WWW.TIMTARA.COM. They said that the product would be delivered in 10-15 working days but after waiting for more than 25 days there was no Status from their end about the delivery of the product. This compelled me to cancel the said Order and still no concrete response is being provided by them regarding the REFUND OF THE ENTIRE MONEY since it was a Prepaid Order.
Thereby I request you to kindly look into the matter and banish such Fraudsters from the Online Market.
