Shoppers Stop being a reputed brand sells defective products especially hand bags and wallets which I have experienced.
As a gift earlier I have purchased a wallet of LAVIE which costs Rs.1170 but in a month its leather got degrade and I went to Customer desk for exchange then i got that exchanged with a Baggit wallet. After 2 months of use this Baggit wallet leather is getting tear from every corners of wallet inside as well outside.
On reaching to customer desk again, those guys deny to made an exchange of refund against this and comments that it is not covered in warranty as according to them it is tore accidently by me only when wallet collides with something hard. But if it so then how come wallet’s leather is teared from regions as well as in no case it would get hit from surrounding. I tried to make them understand this very long but they refused and pressurizes me. This has really cause me mental agony. It is very disgusting from there end. I expect some serious action against them from law. This really made me feel embarrass as it was a gift bought with lot of feelings but just because of their business I felt ashamed before my dear friend. Shoppers Stop is a CHEAT. All they believe in business and money but not in product quality.
I believe that I’ll get support and justice from consumer court.
