repeated problem after service and denilal of repairing it agai

Dear sir,
I am a user of canvas a116. On 26th may 2014 i gave my phone to tegharia service center (subsonic) as my lcd was leaked. They prepared a job sheet for changing the whole lcd. They returned the handset on 3rd july 2014 and after same problem is being faced by me. Now they are saying that my phone is out of warranty as its date is 21 june 2014. But as per the company’s policy if a phone is kept by service center for more than 30 days then the warrnty period is extended for the same. But the service center is denying the fact. And they are not repairing the phone. They are asking for charges. What shall i do.
