placed my prepaid order for a Hitech Micra 115 dual seam phone against order id :- 29264481.After 2 days shopclues send me a message where they mentioned that my product has shipped through blue dart courier vide tracking number :-69211518110.As I search that c.n number on blue dart website it replies that c.n number not exist,as a result send a maid to their id asking for full details.But,yesterday got an sms from their side that my order is under process of refund (which i have not sent for any refund request).
That means shopclues cheating their customers by false prepaid offer,used our money for 25-30 days and after that they refund our fund with false statement.
as for that reason now i want my same product which i have ordered,not money(refund)
