I have not received my shipment no. K63729355 booked from Agartala to Bangalore via Air (which was charged Rs. 440/- for air mail) till date. I am a regular customer with DTDC service, but unfortunately I am writing this mail regarding my shipment no. K63729355 which was sent on 19th June 2013 from Agartala. But till date I have not received the shipment. When I confirmed about it in Bangalore office (Peenya Branch) they informed that the shipment has dispatched through surface so it will be delayed. But when I confirmed it with my Father (My father had sent the courier) I came to know he has charged for flight dispatch by DTDC franchisee. I checked online other tracking numbers (K63729353, K63729354, K63729356, K63729357) those were booked on 19th and 20th of June from Agartala and found those were delivered by 22nd of June. Then I called the booking branch at AGARTALA SUPER FRANCHISEE, PLAZA MARKET H.G. BASAK ROAD BELOW HOTEL HEAVEN AGARTALA AGARTALA 799001, PHONE: 0381 – 2304108 / 9863050551. MR. RATAN SARKAR who did the bookings received my call he did not talk nicely or politely neither did he answer properly to any of my and my Father’s queries. Then I inquired him how other shipments are delivered not mine then that rowdy fellow replied me we never commit to deliver on time, rather he cooked up stories like THE WHOLE SHIPMNET HAS BEEN CEASED BY SALES TAX OFFICERS IN KOLKATA. Now my question is if the shipment is sent via flight (according to Agartala Franchisee) how Sales Tax Officers cease rather than Airport Customs doing the same, and if they have the genuine papers how their shipment gets ceased? If the whole consignment is ceased how can other shipments get delivered? Please help me to know the details of my shipment as soon as possible. And request you to take some action regarding DTDC Super Franchisee Agartala. So that other customers will not suffer in future. I have lost trust on DTDC and won’t be doing any business with DTDC in future and refrain my friends and family from doing so. Hope to get some positive reply soon from your side and hope my shipment to be delivered to me.
