shipment not delivered

Location/place: delhi

Name of company/service: infibeam

i had place order online to infibeam , on 16th of april , and they ensured me to delivered product by 24th april.
they send product to fedex to deliver , when i contact to fedex they said , we return shipment to infibeam, and on 2oth i called to infibeam , and just information to then , after that they said u will get your shipment on given date, now 24th is over and now they are saying we don”t have any information about shipment .
please do needful help to me , please take some action against infibeam

    hi the same is happening with me. i should have read the feedback first before making and order. i have benn calling the customer care no. i almost know 1/2 the representative’ s name by now. they are such a pain in the %#$.
