My father get an insurance of our Maruti 800 car from the company UNIVERSAL SOMPO.Recently our car get dents an when I have filed a complain regarding my motor damage, with complain number-12054092. My policy number is – 0001117117, it was not attended timely!
Actually when I filed complain that surveyor said they will attend this in coming 24hours. So we waited for 24 hours but he did not come and not even attended phone calls. After 24 hours, i got it repaired in garrage. And around 48 hours later he called and ask about car damage but till then it was already repaired.
So please take some action regarding this as I already had filled all premium timely but never expected this much of inconvenience.
And when I lodge complain regarding this inconvinience in company’s forum,they did not take appropriate action and somehow showed that it was our mistake.
It would be pleasure if you attend this complain as soon as possible.
