I was send a consignment from Mumbai through TNT service,n it had been received by the same long back,and they have some updating problems in there tracking website.Now when i contacted them,i was promised to get my thing delivered within 24hrs. But its been 3 days and a 4th running,i haven’t received any thing. Everyday i call them,the promise me to send it on the very day,but at last end up saying sorry sir,it cant b delivered today,it will b done the next day.But i get the same result the next day also. They say they get there consignments delivered to the outskirts through some delivery agencies ,and they are fully depended on them. I have been came back from work for the past 3days hoping to receive my delivery on time,as i stay alone.For the fault of the agency my woke life is having to suffer. N more over the complaint manager even suggested me to talk to the dealer from where i was send the courier . So that it can be sent back to the dealer.
