i am holding a mediclaim policy in above company with no:50662369.I raised a medical bill reimbursment of rupees 17800- by sumbitting the orginal bills provided by the hospital.They alloted a no:45430 against the bill submission,now they are asking for more papers from hospital.I told them to collect from their side but they are denying to do so and the amount canot be released as they hold the apporwal
