shifting landline request given for last 20 days

Dear Sir ,
i parul himanshu shah – chennai .landline no is 044-42620726
i given request for shift my telephone to my new residence address .after giving all
the required documents as on 20-06-12 till today i not shifted the phone .
without shifting the phone 3 times they closed the request .whenever i call they are
taking new request .i really dont understand what to do this type of people .please help me .
