Hi Sir,
I’m facing a problem regarding network and speed for many days.I wrote a complain on MTS on
17th Aug. My complain Number is: 48320216. It’s executive told me that issue will be resolved within 5 working days.An
engineer will come to solve it. But after 5 days niether engineer has came nor my issue has resolved. I called him again
after completion of 5 working days to know the status of my complain. Now they told me that it will take more 5 days to
resolve it. I again wait for 5 days. Now, it is 28th Aug and my prblem is still available. I called him many times in these
days but they are not giving any right answer. They always gave only execuses that next day your issue will be resolved.But
issue is still there. Now, today i again called him but as usual they gave me execuse. I talked to one of the senior
executive today named Mr. Narendra by Suman Viswas (MTS calling executive) regarding my issue. And his comments has
surprised me. He told me to talk their Network manager rather than him self and also told me that “company ne nahi bola ki
aap apne data card recharge karao, jab aapka man hai use karo aur jab na ho to recharge mat karao.” rather than solve my
issue. He’s giving me such types of answers.
So, I kindly request to Consumer Forum to take some hard action on such employees and MTS who don’t stand the value of
consumer’s Price and time.
