refused to replace under warranty

on 03/05/2012 ,i purchase a LG headset from S.H. UMTAZUDDIN TIMES(P) LTD. ,171 A&B,LENIN SARANI,KOLKATA-13(PH.NO-09903186660)cost Rs-150 with 6 month warranty(Inv.No 03188).after three month my headset was not working and when i go for the replacement they forward me to the LG service centre(ultadanga).as i go there they explain me that these kind of warranty are managed by the retailers only.once again i approach to the retailer shop but this time they refused to replace.
