I am Rupesh Patil, my customer id is 77981840 and i am using Videocon d2h for last approx 1 year. on 14th May 2013, my set top box gave power problem, the engineer came in my home after 20th May 2013 i.e. after 6 day later of complaint registration with faulty box, again i complaints to customer care , the engineer response on 29th May after second complaint registration, the box is given to me is also not working properly, i again called to customer service center, still after 16 days of my first complaint there is no response from engineer of Videocon d2h. Please help me.
