set tempered by service centre

.1.2005 my mobile imei no is 911255800435610 and i purchased it on 8 mar 2013 ..after a month there was a problem in charging and i took it to mobile shoppy he told me to go to service centre ..i went to micromax service centre named mobile care at tinkonia bagicha …he took the set and returnd me nxt day ..but again after two days same problem started i again went to d service centre but this time he refused to take d set..and told me that it will be under paid service and d charges he told was abt 75% of d set cost . i called micromax toll free no and d exucative there told me to take it to their bhubneswar service centre..i went there and they said that d set is tempered nd refused to take it..i again called micromax toll free no and d exucative there told me to go to cuttack service centre and tell them to give in writing that they hav tempered d set ..now the cuttack service centre has refused to give in writing what shall i do?????
