Irregularities notices in vodafone company

Location/place: Ghaziabad

Name of company/service: Vodafone

Sir, I have taken the sim of vodafone but it is not yet activated.I have written a complaint against them but I didn’t get any positive response from their side.They are not receiving my phone and I have taken the postpaid sim 1 month ago.They collect the money from me but now they are not solving my issue.Even they put my number in the reject list.
Kindly help me as soon as possible.Please ask the appropriate authorities to step in and stop this mental harassment. Plz help me sir.I’m very much disturbed due to this.
