set up box problem

sir,
few month ago i bought a hd setup box fro dishtv . bt there was a sound problem with this box. then i complain about this.after that company man changed my set up box. bt there is also a problem with this box. this box problem is remote censor not working properly. i complain again bt they do not take any action.

N.B – setup box which is given me first ( that is showing on tv adv.) is changed.
now i request u plz help me to solve this problem, & give me the original setup box which is showing on tv adv. plz call me 09679227445/9093036581.
