My name is Kulin Kislay. I’m living in Dublin, Ireland since a year and half. The reason behind writing you mail today is a money laundering case that I’m suffering from since Aug 2014. Here is the whole scene.
I traveled to India last year in May. I carried 1500 eu with me and got it exchange with a Forex agent (P.G. Forex) in New Delhi. In return he paid me Rs 122848 in form of cheque. Two days later when I deposited the cheque it got bounced reason being “insufficient balance”. When I checked back the agent said that he will pay in my account. This was the story in May 2014.
He paid me in parts with following details :-
Rs 35000 on 14/06/2014
Rs. 15000 on 19/07/2014
Rs. 10000 on 23/07/2014
Rs. 20000 on 05/08/2014

Total Rs. 80000 (All details of transaction is attached in the Excel sheet with my account statement)
It’s been more than 8 months, I have not received any update him. Everyday he says I will pay but never does and this is going on since 8 months and now I can’t tolerate this tension.
I traveled to New Delhi in January 2015 just to meet him and get things sorted out. And again he paid me a cheque of Rs. 43000. When I tried to credit it in my account, it was bouncing again as his account had Rs. 200 in balance.
My Appeal –
I have been continually harassed, cheated, fooled and bluffed by him (Parv Guglani). I’m extremely annoyed and appalled with such a shameful incident. He is taking advantage of me not being physically present in India.
I want him to pay back my money (Rs. 43000) with suitable punishable fine (Including cheque bouncing charges, Unnecessary hassle, My travel to New Delhi expenses, ISD calls to him every now and then).
I want his license to be ceased as he should not be allowed to do any business due to forgery reasons so that he won’t be able to fool someone else in future.
