I had purchased Bajaj Avenger bike from Swadeshi Bajaj Auto showroom in Rajouri Garden on 19.07.12. The first service was done at Najafgarh service station on 12.08.12 (597 kms). For the second service, we reached Swadeshi service center near rajouri garden on 28.03.13, but they said i m late by 9 days (Second was after 240 days from the date of purchase or 4500-5000 kms). When i reached there, my bike read 4557 kms. They refused to give any service for my bike. I also talked to manager of the service center, but he refused to give any service. When i asked complaint book, then they simple give me one register which do not seems to be like complaint register as no page number or anything written on anyone of the page. I have given in written my complaint in that register and took the photograph of written complaint. Their behavior was not friendly at all. The third service according to service book read (240 days after purchase of bike or 9500-10000 kms) means that there is no change in the date of service for second or third service. They said all the 3 free services should be done within 204 days from the date of purchase. I do not know how second and third service could be done within 240 days. There may be misprinting on the company side.
I do not know what to do? Please help me in this regard.
