I had purchased one orient actus iron from ANJALI STEEL PALACE DADAR WEST on 4/12/2012. Company offering two years service warranty. My iron has not working from 12/7/14.My father complained to customer care of orient my complaint number is C14071601221. My father was calling from 12 th july but they registered complain on 16 th july and they are assuring us everyday that OUR SERVICE ENGINEER WILL VISIT YOUR PLACE TODAY but nothing happened yet.Please give me the solution.
