I have been with VideoconD2H for over 3 years. Every time I need to change the package, or remove an add on, they want us to talk to customer service personnel. The Toll-Free no. provided [1800 1370 111 (Toll Free) ] doesn’t work. You get a response, “Kindly confirm the no.” repeatedly, and when you call over the other paid no. they put you on wait for a long time.
However , for receiving payments or upgrades, their web-site is always open!!! Isn’t it ridiculous??
Perhaps this is one of the most Customer UNFRIENDLY service. I recommend that people DO NOT SUBSCRIBE to this service.
Will they provide a FULLY FUNCTIONAL, TOLL-FREE CUSTOMER SERVICE at least now??
