Servicing not done for more than one month

I had purchased a micromax A117 handset worth Rs 13800/- . It started creating a display problem within the warranty time, hence the handset was given for repairing at M/S Allied Service at dadar east. The handset was submitted to the service centre on 3-Sep-14 however, still the handset is not repaired nor replaced & the service executives along with the service manager does not have basic manner of speaking to the comsumer.

Now it has been more than 30 days & still they have not resolved my problem..

I would never recommend this brand to any damn person.

Now i am expecting a replacement of my handset from this damn brand…
