M/s. Catchway .com has announced in local news paper that they will create website for lowest rates. We have contacted them for the development of our website and they have quoted Rs.40000/- for Website hosting / development / unlimited email ids with unlimited storage space / mobile app (windows/ios/android). We have agreed and paid Rs.20000/- as advance in the month of October 2015. The company has promised us that the development of website will take 15 days to 45 days. After that they have stopped responding and whenever we send the SMS / e mail they will reply with casual or dummy website and post that they say that the work is almost over and they will complete the project. Further with our repeated follow up they have done some work a in the first week of December, 2015 and after that they have stopped responding again. In January,2016 when we have contacted them for latest updates, they have sent us a raw website and saying that its final. This kind of approach is paining us and they are simply not caring about the services neither returning our money.
