Dear Team,
Had purchased a Vacuum cleaner in the month of OCTOBER 2012, the machine gave way in the month MAY 2013 as the motor got damaged,(BURNT)called up the service center thrice and spoke to their CSO# -Sarika Ishaan 71610530 complained # call on 4/6/2013..as informed an executive did visit my place and informed me about a motor replacement in 10 working days as the same is still under warranty..
10 days passed, called up the HELPLINE on 20.06.2013 and informed them about the same spoke to Pravin……71834785…..and he helped me and assured me the same would be resolved but still date no response…
In the mean time spoke to the local VASAI service center on 0250 2330057 to Mr Terrance.this number was given by an executive VIVEK who had visited my place..this gentleman does not know how to talk to customers,instead of listening to the customer with his/her grievance he upfront says please COOL DOWN, what an expression!!!!….checked with him about the status says madam it might take another week to reach me…please bear in mind the service center informs a TAT of 10 working days….he is not sure about the happenings/status of the complaint…he at least needs to be certain about some facts am saying this is because he very casually tells me i would be charged for the services i inform him with the details saying that the machine is still in the warranty/ guarantee tenure…what a lethargic response by an individual who attends calls on the service calls…
Eureka Forbes an esteemed service provider is losing is reputation because of such unprofessional people .
Would request the team for an earnest help…
