I brought hcl tablet which Model no is: HCL ME V1 calling tablet. Which serial no is: 313STD027948 purchased on 28/04/2013. But sorry to say that its a very bad experience that I brought this product I think i expend my money on a worthless product because issues are to high it is very difficult to handle this device from beginning I expend my lots of money and purchasing different SIM of different operators but finally all are answer me same its your device issued.
The issues are:
1: My internet is not working if I download 2mb file it will be take 3days but still downloading failed connection lost.
2: Its clear written on the task bar no internet connection but same SIM are working on other devices or its same 2G connectivity SIM.
3: Network bar get disabled and it will be take 5 to 6 minutes to recover may be I am trying to select my network manually or automatic its no used.
4: Device get Restart automatically when playing videos.
5: When I used Data card(DONGLE) for 3G connectivity connection may be lost after few minutes or connected and Disconnected automatically every time.
6: I replaced my device charger within a month because it is stopped working.
I visit your help line regularly logging a complaint regularly and complaint no is: 8502894046 All are worthless and its my humble request kindly replaced with active product or refund .but from the last 2 month am facing the issue i regular sent email or visit to kolkata hcl service center and i hamper my office work and mental harassment last on 21/06/13 i got a call from kolkata hcl service center that they will replace my device motherboard so i want and collect the same as per they resolved the issue but sorry it is same as it was now sometime sim is not get deducted so what can i do sir please do the needful i want refund
