Services not delivered as promised by EaseMytrip

I had a return ticket from bangalore to lucknow. The onwards flight were fine but in the return flight I faced the booking issue.
I had a connecting flight as per the tickets booked through Easemytrip, which is in the mail below but,the jet airlines claimed that I had only booking from LKO to DEL and not from DEL to BLR. For this I contacted EaseMytrip but I did not receive any solution. I was stuck at DEL overnight and had to book a fresh ticket to return to BLR.

When I asked them to compensate for the new ticket bought by me as I was not supposed to buy it, I did not receive any confirmation for that.
