Hello All, I had a experience with Big Sky Shelter. Please read the below point If you really value your money.
1. They are NOT builder and nothing more than just a BROKER.
2. They are the CHEATER.
3. I booked Flat with them in KRISHNA ENCLAVE opposite to Kalamandir, Marathalli in OCT 2013, They took the booking amount of 1 lakh and promised the final price of 50 lakh. (They have done the false promise on what they have no controle, this is just to get the customer). Then after I started asking for the legal document but they never had document for that property. after two momths of marathon folloup with them and hot discussion they admitted they dont have document. (whereas from the first day of booking they claimed to have all the legal documents). I was lucky to get my money back as I have good local approch in bangalore But not many of us have the great contacts.
I can tell the name of biggest froud person from BIG SKY SHELTER.
4. In reality they just sold of said booked flat to the other custome who gave them more money than 50 lakh. They are just a high customer hopper company.
5. Dont get into the trp of the person name HIMADRIV. he is a big lier, cheater always lies. He claimed to be graduate from IIM and working as DGM of company but hes worth of nothing.
So in all, the base line is – NEVER DO ANY DEAL WITH BIG SKY SHELTERS.
