i this is sangram .i have lodge a complain in lg cusomer care on 31st may 2012.my complain no is rna120531050384 till date no one attend my complan.after several reminder to customer care they gave the local customer care no.when i want to talk about my complain they ask my model no and told we have no spare when the spare availe we gave you service.i do’nt know how they got the problem before any visit.in this hot days how will we leave .if lg have no spare part then why they sale these items please look this matter seriously
