Refund of application Money of Rs.10,000 for Khkera Housing Project. Phase I

I deposited Rs.10,000/- as application money for allotment of a flat in Khekra Project started by NBCC. Subsequently I got allotment out of draw but due to conditions beyond my control and health problems being a senior citizen, I could not made the first payment and requested them to cancel my allotment and allot the same to the waitlisted person which they have done, but they have not returned the application money. I also told them not to pay me the interest accrued on that since 2009 to defray administrative charges on my application.

I would request you to kindly advise
National Building Construction Corporation Lodhi Road, New Delhi
to refund the money to meet urgent medical expenses on account of my illness etc.
